Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe ‘HYDROKOB' (Multi-sector Enterprise) was established in 1972. From the beginning of its operations, it specialized in providing machining services. In the 1980s, making efforts to meet the expectations of the local market, we started to develop services in the field of hydraulics repairs and manufacturing for the mining industry. Specific requirements set by the mining regulations, the State Mining Authority, and collieries forced our plant to assign substantial funds for the modernization of machinery and for creation of new jobs, intended only for a specific manufacturing profile. Solid technical preparation and specialized managerial staff resulted in good effects and today we offer a wide range of hydraulic cylinders, both in the field of manufacturing and repairs. Good effects of our work have been appreciated and due to that, we cooperate with many companies in the mining sector. Customers of our services include Polska Grupa Górnicza, Famur S.A., Lubelski Węgiel S.A., but also many companies, in whose production hydraulic systems exist. The next step in the company development was made in 1995 - we started the production of plastic technical seals by means of injection. All manufactured seals have opinions of the Central Mining Institute and they are made of high-quality materials. Strict observation of technical standards guarantees a high-quality product and a possibility to apply our products in the production of hydraulic cylinders working under difficult conditions of underground mine workings. The company's today consists of broadened services offered by our plant as well as comprehensive manufacture of hydraulic systems used in various sectors of industry. The experience gained at repairs and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and modern methods of work allows to effectively and rationally resolve complicated hydraulic issues.
