Positivity

Positivity is a a high-tech high-touch training, education, and research company that utilizes evidenced based positive psychology and emotional intelligence exercises to help corporations and their employees increase happiness, optimism, creativity, resilience, and job performance. Positivity takes a bottoms-up approach, educating & training employees at every level. Employees complete a 20 week, 20 exercise research based curriculum. During this time, employees have access to technology-enabled resources to track their exercises and reinforce their positive behaviors. Each week, the employee completes one assigned exercise, documents the exercise, and then has a one-on-one call with a live coach. These activities, combined with personalized coaching, turn positive activities into positive habits, thus improving lives and profits. Positivity is a team of executives, psychologists, scientists, entrepreneurs, doctors, and paradigm changers. Through education and training Positivity helps employees create a positive company culture from within. Positivity is a philanthropically minded, triple bottom line company. With the completion of each weekly activity, a soccer ball, basketball or football is given to a child in need. In return, the children are asked to complete their own Positivity exercise. By providing the balls to the children and asking them to partake in their own exercise, we help the children start the process of understanding gratitude and positive psychology.
