Radcliffe Group, Inc. was founded in 1996. Radcliffe Capital Management, LP is an SEC registered investment adviser that manages approx. $4 billion across multiple defensive strategies. Our clients include a cross section of large institutional investors, MFOs and ultra-high net worth families globally. For 26 years, Radcliffe has evolved its team, models, systems, and risk controls to successfully invest in niche strategies by capitalizing on persistent and explainable structural market inefficiencies, where the Principals of the firm want to invest heavily themselves. Radcliffe is currently managing multiple strategies: Ultra Short Duration ("USD"), Select (more conservative than USD), Short Duration (less conservative than USD), and a BDC bond strategy. In each case, credit analysis is employed to identify corporate bonds that we believe are fundamentally mispriced and are expected to produce excess returns with low volatility. Radcliffe also has a very large dedicated SPAC strategy that we started in January 2020. In July 2022, we launched the Radcliffe Multi-Strat strategy with SMAs and in April 2023, we launched our Multi-Strategy Fund. The Fund invests tactically across all of Radcliffe's strategies, as well as opportunistically in other areas of our expertise such as convertibles/arbitrage, loans, long/short and special situations. In May 2023, we launched the Radcliffe Treasury Plus Fund, the first offering within our Portable Alpha Solutions for clients. By overlaying a curated portfolio of short duration bonds, we seek uncorrelated excess returns above the beta, in this case the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Index, regardless of market conditions. Radcliffe employs a highly experienced team of 23, including an investment team of 13 and an additional 10 professionals dedicated to operations, systems, compliance, and investor relations.
