Welcome to Laceby Manor Resort Laceby Manor Resort is set on the edge of the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds and encompasses an 18 hole, par 72 parkland Golf Course maintained to the highest standard with modern Scandinavian lodges and pods to accommodate both shorter and longer stays. The cedar clad lodges offer 5 star luxury accommodation with outdoor hot tubs and are set in close proximity of the clubhouse and restaurant. Ownership is easy! Owners at our resort can enjoy all the facilities of the golf club including two golf memberships for the duration of the licensed agreement and use of the clubhouse restaurant and bar. The cost A Dovecote lodge is available to purchase for £180,000. This is a complete turnkey solution; fully furnished right down to the pots and pans. All lodges are sold on a fifty year license including full management support. Rental management As an owner you might want to rent out your lodge for selected periods throughout the year, which can provide a strong income. For a small admin fee per month The Resort team will manage the holiday lettings on your behalf through our exclusive partner Hoseasons. The resort has a 12 month holiday licence. Current return on investment is just above 8%*. Rental income can achieve £1,200 per week in peak season. Annual charges The current annual site fee is £3,500; this covers all ground maintenance costs, an annual oiling of the cedar cladding, refuse, lighting, grass cutting etc. All services water, electricity and gas are all metered in each lodge and charged per unit at cost. Can I live in my lodge? No. The park is open 12 months of the year, you can use your holiday lodge for short breaks and longer holidays, and some retired people spend many of the summer months in their holiday lodge.
