SDA Consulting LLP is a leading independent Chartered Surveying Consultancy offering Project Management, Employers Agent and Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works Services. Established in 1993 and based in Manchester, from initial concept through to project completion, we have assisted our clients on a wide range of new build, refurbishment and remodelling projects utilising a wide range of procurement routes. We aim to provide the highest standards of customer service from qualified, experienced and motivated staff with our experienced team enabling us to assist our clients on the full spectrum of demolition, new build, refurbishment, remodelling and listed building projects. We work for both private and public sector clients and specialise in the education, housing and healthcare sectors which is complemented by wider experience on commercial, industrial, leisure, retail and religious projects. We have worked on projects from £50,000 to £150 million in value and have built a solid reputation for providing timely, robust and accurate advice and for having a flexible and responsive approach.
