SOCM Services' main aims are to help organisations in the development and maintenance of their organisational and safety culture. SOCM Services achieves this by focusing on the areas of climate assessments, leadership and safety leadership development programs and educational suites designed to enable industry decision makers become informed, critical consumers of safety and organisational services. Rod Peredo is a nationally registered Psychologist, holds a Masters in Applied Psychology (Industrial/Organisational) and has national and international experience in the areas of safety culture improvement, safety leadership development, behavioural safety, individual performance improvement and furthercapabilities in areas of organisational development. Rod has worked with a number of organisations in the mining, construction and oil and gas sectors on projects ranging from team development, safety leadership, safety culture improvement and behavioural safety implementation. He possesses the tacit skills and knowledge of how to improve performance in organisations and his primary focus as a principal consultant is to mentor and build internal capability in order to ultimately affect change at an industry wide level.
