In August of 2022, Simplex Wellness acquired HealthEase Inc., a leader in the corporate wellness industry for over 30 years, quickly expanding our growth potential and opportunities in the surrounding regions. Simplex Wellness is an approved IBC Wellness Vendor serving clients across the nation since 2019.
