Skills Inc. is a nonprofit social enterprise that employs people of all abilities in aerospace manufacturing, aerospace finishing, technical services and business solutions. Our fully integrated, inclusive workforce is comprised of individuals with and without disabilities working side-by-side throughout all four lines of business. Skills Inc. has ONE mission, to expand employment of persons with disabilities. Our success comes as a result of a balanced connection between our TWO bottom lines, financial and social. We accomplish our mission in THREE ways, by employing people with disabilities, offering vocational programs, and by serving as a role model and resource to the community. As a nonprofit social enterprise, Skills Inc. is self-funded through our four lines of business. We compete in an open market and receive no government subsidies. Skills Inc. is one of Washington State's largest aerospace suppliers and one of very few companies (outside of Boeing) that both fabricates and finishes components. We also provide technical services and business solutions to customers across all sectors.
