Our Story - Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Soft Surroundings has transformed with the times just as women have transformed themselves. We aim to help women live their truth by providing a curated assortment of lifestyle apparel & select home goods. Our Design Approach - We source our products & designs from women artisans around the world whenever we can – so we can provide distinct offerings that you won't find anywhere else. Soft Surroundings celebrates today's versatile woman, who demands stand-out style without compromising comfort. We provide her with a modern feminine aesthetic, curating & designing uniquely inspired apparel & accessories so she can unapologetically embrace life, express her whole self. Our Community - We pride ourselves on the fact that the women who work in our stores are the same as the women who shop in them – sisterhood that supports each other. We believe in empowering women in our community, and that's why we have longstanding partnerships with Dress for Success & Lydia's House to provide women a pathway to their fully realized self, and a refuge when they might need it most.
