ORAP represents a significant cross section of turbine related equipment (both thermal, wind, and Solar PV) from a variety of OEMs, operating in various duty cycles and applications. SPS can be counted on to be a third-party, unbiased source of information providing key performance metrics or (KPIs), following industry standards, to power plant owners, operators, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other industry stakeholders. In addition to our traditional benchmarking and analytics service, we can provide customers with automated data collection applications, detailed critical parts life tracking, as well as Reliability Engineering expertise when analyzing ORAP data for custom studies and reports. ORAP Data Fusion, our newest service offering, provides game-changing machine learning techniques (developed with the support of a DOE National Laboratory, that allow power plant Asset Managers the ability to PREDICT and PREPARE for the adverse behavior of physical systems, components, materials, and designs, while providing sufficient time and guidance for cost effective corrective action.
