Established in 2010, the Learning Egg set out to rapidly transform the learning experience. Today, the company is best known for its 2012 launch of Lightning Grader, a premier online assessment tool created by a teacher for teachers. This web-based, subscription application has been well received for its ease-of-use, rapid results and transformative change at the student level. It directly impacts school systems through reduced administration time, immediate feedback and focused instruction. Utilizing this tool, teachers can grade 100+ pages per minute.
