Thomas Sebold and Associates is a general contracting firm that builds approximately 20 high-end homes per year ranging in size from 5,000 to 35,000 square feet. Luxury custom homes are TSA's specialty and have been the core of our business for 50 years. In addition we offer expertise in the construction of office buildings, retail centers, country clubs, and high-end condominium developments. Headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, we also have an office in Petoskey, Michigan and have done projects in Colorado and Florida.
