VIP Hospitality Group ("VIP"​) is a hospitality company with expertise in hotel acquisitions, development, and management services. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon and focused on Western US lodging markets, VIP currently owns and operates 5 businesses in Oregon and Washington, comprised of 4 hotels, a full-service restaurant, and a condo-hotel. We are actively pursuing opportunities to expand through acquisition or new development. Our most recent project is the development of IHG's newest brand EVEN in Eugene, OR. VIP pursues each deal with an Owner's approach through creativity, passion, and integrity. Each hotel operated by VIP lives out the following guiding principles: VISION: Each member of VIP Hospitality, from a housekeeper, General Manager, to the Managing Director, knows his/her role in achieving the company-wide vision: To be the chosen hotels for our guests, investors, communities, and associates. INTEGRITY: We believe the most profitable business practice over the long-run is to do all things with integrity. To this end, we strive to have consistency in business practice and highest standard of conduct for everyone in our team, for all our actions. PASSION: We love what we do and will endeavor to show our passion through the products and services we offer. Ultimately, we are not in the room rental business but in the business of orchestrating lasting memories for our guests. HUMILITY: The founders of VIP Hospitality have a very humble beginning more than 30 years ago as hard-working immigrants who knew very little about the hospitality business. We learned early on that the words Humility and Hospitality are synonymous, and without living this principle it is impossible to deliver on the true meaning of 'Hospitality'​. We are grateful for the opportunities given to us to serve in this industry and are thankful for our customers, employees, investors and the communities we serve. To us, every one of our guests is a VIP and we strive extremely hard to deliver on that promise.
