Using years of transaction records and information pulled from the public land registry, the Vartus algorithm formulates estimates with unparalleled accuracy. All we need is some basic information about your property, and we can tell you how much it's worth in seconds. We offer this service for free. Our appraisals are independent – we aren't affiliated with any real estate interests. And while we have a high degree of confidence in our methodology, our estimates should not be considered official. This is the ground floor of Vartus. As the algorithm learns, drawing in more transaction data and building its knowledge of the Riga housing market, the accuracy of our estimates will rise. In the coming months, we want to branch into other regions of Latvia while adding features to our algorithms, such as housing estimates. As we grow, we encourage and welcome your feedback.
