Going forward, the company's official name will be "PACE Technical" with Vertex becoming "Vertex Legal, a PACE Technical company." While we will retain the PACE Technical name, we want to clarify that this is not an acquisition, but a new business forming. We are coming together as one company, equally and authentically.
