The Concept of building centres in India, is less than twenty years old. These training-cum-production building centres in India designs building components that are cost-effective and that preferably use local materials. It undertakes the design and implementation of housing projects. It is solely engaged in housing for the urban and semi-urban middle class citizen, to meet their housing requirements. We are in Operation since 2001 in the states of Bihar and Jharkhand now we are in 6states namely Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh .We have completed over 14000 units and over 25000 units are under construction in 51 cities.
