Mori Co is a privately owned company in the food and beverage industry. Established in 2007 in Cairo, Egypt, Mori Co opened the very first Egyptian fusion sushi concept, Mori Sushi, which was followed by Tamara Lebanese Bistro, MINCE Burgers, and Ted's restaurants. Mori Sushi Originating in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Mori Sushi is a sushi fusion concept that has come to dominate the industry in Egypt. Opening in Zamalek in 2007, the company now consists of 12 branches across Cairo, Gouna, and Alexandria, with is opening in Dubai, UAE in 2016. Known for its innovative flavors, unparalleled interior design, and ever-expanding menu, which also includes an extensive Robata grill selection, Mori Sushi is every food aficionado's delicious haven. Tamara Lebanese Bistro Tamara was established in 2012 to fulfill a desire for authentic Lebanese cuisine. Tamara quickly made its mark on the local market as a destination for food connoisseurs with its modern flair and delicious flavor combinations. With four branches throughout Cairo Tamara has put its exceptional touch on Lebanese cuisine and continues to be a favorite among its Cairene clientele. MINCE Burgers MINCE has always aspired to create the ultimate burger dining experience. Joining Mori Co in 2014 MINCE allowed an expansion to six restaurants throughout Cairo and Alexandria with six additional new branches opening in 2016. Ted's Ted's is built around its core concept; talk, eat, drink. With a unique menu consisting of mouthwatering international dishes Ted's is a restaurant experience unlike any other. Opening in Cairo in 2015 Ted's quickly became famous for its innovative concepts, which include a cheese room, beverage bar, authentic Italian pizza oven, and bakery and pastry rooms.
