pod is a team of dedicated, experienced, highly skilled Psychologists and Family Therapists. We work with children, adolescents, and adults to assist them in resolving their mental health difficulties. A pod is, in essence, a group within which every individual is connected, cared for and supported. The characteristics of a pod are essential for sustained optimal mental health. At pod, we are a team of professionals who work together to understand our individual clients and their own pods – their families, friends, schools, workplaces and communities. These processes allow us to enhance our clients' wellbeing and mental health.
