OWN YOUR AWESOMENESS promotes the empowerment of high school girls through summer camps and year-round workshops. Led by strong female mentors and through a variety of skill-building workshops, OYA coaches young women to be more confident and courageous and to activate their infinite potential. OYA builds a network of women owning their own awesomeness. If you're interested in being a volunteer, a board member, a donor, or a participant, reach out! OYA Summer 2017: July 10-14, July 17-21, July 24-28 (OYA 2.0) Girls will develop financial literacy, learn how to change a tire, discuss women's representation in the media, play football, reflect on body image and self-love, create art, use power tools, explore the city of Philadelphia, and more!
