Duceus Intensivpflege GmbH, based in Dreieich in Hessen, was founded in 2018 by Mario Condric with the vision and firm intention to be a modern company in intensive care, which is special and unique - like every single patient with his life story and like every single employee of our DUCEUS family. After years of experience in the training of nurses and nurses and the subsequent placement in the appropriate hospitals and nursing facilities, the next step should follow. An own intensive care company with a team that is absolutely highly trained and is consistently and continuously trained, both in the area of care quality and intensive care, but also in personal interaction, which is at least as important for us. In addition to the professional know-how, empathy, empathy and social competence are essential to be part of the DUCEUS family. Within just 2 years, we provide care for more than 25 intensive care patients in the Rhine-Main region, individually and at the highest level. The trend is strong. We are happy to accept every feedback, every wish, every presentation of the patients or the family and think together as a team about what is feasible and brings relief and joy to their lives – we want to make the "little bit more" possible. This vision of speciality and uniqueness can only be implemented with satisfied employees who are valued and offered a good work-life balance. We are very proud that our team is constantly growing and staying together. This shows us that we have a good hand in the choice of our employees, but also that the atmosphere is right throughout the team!
