31 Parallel was started at Shimla in 2014 by two brothers, Karan and Vivek, to provide end to end Business Process Outsourcing services and solutions. Located in the picturesque mountain town of Shimla where the 31° N latitude passes through the mighty Himalaya range, 31 Parallel offers cutting edge BPO services to the world over. The mentors at 31 Parallel have used their extensive international work experience to train and put together a formidable team, drawn entirely from local communities. The aim is to create a highly rewarding partnership between the inhabitants of India's remote highlands with the businesses from around the world.
