In early 2008 brother and sister team Phil & Claire Sofield embarked on a plan to build a recruitment brand that would change the face of recruitment, delivering an unrivalled service to the sector for finance, HR, executive, supply chain and business support recruitment. The motivations were simple: independence from the larger stuffy companies; the desire to deliver the highest service specialising in specific sectors and client loyalty; alongside the commercial imperative of profit generation. Award winning Four has been extremely successful in its quest, securing an enviable list of high profile clients, attracting the very best candidates. The business has also grown in size from one office in Bolton to a network of offices around the North West, including Manchester and Blackburn. Four comprises of four main divisions: Four Financial – specialising in accountancy and finance recruitment for all levels, Four HR – specialising in temporary and permanent HR recruitment, Four Business Support - which covers all office administrative roles and supportive roles and Four Executive specialising in director level appointments across all areas of your senior management team.
