Tecnología en Cuentas por Cobrar (CXC) provides highly specialized information and compliance assurance services to structured financing facilities. We are largest and most active Master Servicer in Mexico by number of credit facilities. We manage more than 100 trusts and USD$3,500 million in collateralized financial assets. We act as an independent party in regulating and ensuring the compliance of the covenants agreed between the borrowers and lenders. We ensure the rightful distribution of cash generated by the underlying assets within a structured finance facility. Through our audits we mitigate operational and credit risk, providing visibility over the underlying assets. We have built a state of the art IT infrastructure that allows us to provide world class services to our customers. CXC is Fitch rated and ISO certified 9001 (Quality Management) and 27001 (Information Security Management)
