Award winning gluten free sourdough bakery in South London, producing the finest gluten free breads and baking kits for retail and trade. We supply the finest restaurants, shops, delis and cafes. As well as being gluten free, our products are free from all 14 major allergens, refined sugar free, preservative free and are also suitable for vegans and coeliacs. We've won two Great Taste awards, won Gold and Silver in this years Free From Awards, a Good Choice Quality Food award, and Silver Free From Eating Out Awards. We produce a range of rolls, loaves, bagels, crackers, wraps and buns to name a few. All our baked products are handmade from sourdough, and are made to order (we don't like waste!). Our site is BRC accredited, which reflects our high manufacturing standards.
