Wihlborgs' property stock is comprised entirely of commercial properties in the Öresund region or, to be more specific, it is located in selected parts of the market in Malmö, Helsingborg, Lund and Copenhagen. By "selected parts of the market" we mean attractive parts of the city but also areas whose development we will contribute to and whom we are convinced will become attractive centres for companies in the future.
