Founded in 2011, to date we have made over half a billion dollars in investments, primarily in our home states of Texas and Tennessee. Our industry relationships, analytical approach, and vision help us identify opportunities others may not see. We invest our own capital alongside our outside investors in every project and maximize investment performance through a hands-on, future-driven mentality. Our in-house staff has deep experience across a range of execution strategies and asset classes in our core markets and beyond. This gives us the ability to handle all aspects of an investment's life cycle in-house. Having a vertically integrated platform gives us greater insight and ability to foresee and execute on opportunities with every project.
