The Institute for Communication, Management and Leadership is an organisation facilitating corporate learning for managers and aspiring leaders. We deliver practical and engaging training. You can either come to us or we come to you to deliver tailored workshops. We generate enduring skills and change because we support clients and participants on goal setting and applying new skills pre and post workshop. We specialise in developing interpersonal skills . Most of our facilitation boosts communication skills: leading people, managing performance, setting goals and standards, having courageous conversations, managing conflict etc. In addition we develop core business competencies such as time management, project management and problem solving.
