Law & Equity

Law & Equity was conceptualized, conceived and created by a team of budding law students towards an ever growing need to educate & update the society on emerging matters. World and law both are binary concepts. Justice for one maybe injustice for another. And we as law aspirants try to unravel this concept by interpreting the law with vicinity and need. Law needs to evolve from time to time for the perfect functioning of the legal system and as Thomas Jefferson had once rightly said " No society can make a perpetual constitution, or even a perpetual law. The earth belongs always to the living generation." Our aim is to encourage the budding minds to pen down their views, opinions and frame their own masterpieces (articles, research papers, book reviews) which brings out their countenance. We humans have been bestowed with the power to ignite ideas and ideas can neither be destroyed nor stolen, they are bulletproof. As rightly quoted, "Pen is mightier than the sword".
