Advantage Training Consultancy develops and delivers high quality learning and development solutions for those working with clients/patients experiencing drug and alcohol issues. We have a portfolio of training events for organisations both large and small, public, private or third sector and can develop specific events to suit any organisation's needs. Our portfolio of events includes short sessions lasting a few hours to five days covering topics such as: Blood Borne Viruses, Children Affected by Parental Substance Misuse and Basic Drug and Alcohol Awareness. Advantage Training Consultancy recognises that not all staff, either paid or voluntary, work normal business hours, therefore we specialise in delivering sessions in the evenings and at weekends to suit the needs of volunteers and those working irregular shift patterns.
