The group's current fleet of 20 vessels range from a 100 metre passenger ship to a 45 metre super yacht. Your vessel will be kept shipshape at all times Our team assists Captains and crews in keeping vessels in excellent condition, advising and providing support on maintenance, organising technical and condition surveys as well as required shipyard work and helping select and supervise refits and maintenance. We will ensure all is always in hand and that your yacht vessel, and crew, is fully compliant at all times. We'll recruit and manage an excellent crew Our team is highly experienced in recruiting and managing qualified yacht crews and handling everything from payroll and insurance to supporting the Captain in defining duties and managing relations.
