As the Corporate University of the Home Team, the Home Team Academy (HTA) plays a crucial role in the Home Team training & learning ecosystem. HTA develops Home Team leaders, trainers and officers to ensure that they are equipped with cutting-edge skills and knowledge needed to achieve the mission of keeping Singapore safe and secure, as one Home Team. HTA focuses on empowering learning and growth in order to enable a united and successful Home Team.
