Kaufman Realty & Auctions was formed in 1975 by Dave Kaufman and specializes in the sale of rural property throughout Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Florida, with connections to handle real estate in Kentucky, New York, and across the Midwest, as well as national footprint as member of the MarkNet Alliance. The company focus is the sale of recreational, agricultural, timber, and mineral acreage, as well as farms, commercial and residential real estate, via auction, live and online as well as private treaty listing. Kaufman conducts approximately 300-350 auctions per year from real estate to farm equipment and antiques with specialists in all auction facets. Kaufman also operates a dedicated mineral division, Kaufman Minerals and Natural Resources focusing on the sale of gas and oil rights in the Utica & Marcellus Shale plays as well as timber, minerals and other natural resources.
