Located on 12 acres of forested wetland and pasture, Cedar River Montessori is an American Montessori Society-accredited, independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) school for students ages 3 through middle school in Renton, WA. Founded in 1981, we strive to be a diverse and inclusive community. Our Mission: Cedar River Montessori School fosters the innate curiosity of the child, presenting learning experiences that cultivate independent, creative thinkers who continuously build their understanding of themselves and the world around them.
