AVACOM (Fanavaran Novin Bonyan Pasargad) is a consortium consists of 4 FCP license owner companies in IRAN, established in 2015 with the aim of providing latest technology services across the country. AVACOM network will provide nation wide LTE coverage enabling Iranian FCPs with new broadband connectivity services for end users. Shatel, AsiaTech, HiWeb and Pishgaman Toseeh Ertebatat companies all of which have obtained FCP license in 2015, want to achieve their common goal of developing country`s Internet infrastructure including LTE networks by forming a consortium. FCP license tried to aggregate current fixed communication licenses which are now more than 1000 and also helped FCP license owner companies to establish and exploit fixed telecommunication networks independent of technology. FCP is a comprehensive license in fixed communications field which makes companies able to provide VoIP, IXP, PSTN, CDN, Data Center, VOD, XDSL, FTTX, CP, OTT, IPTV, VPN, WiFi and LTE services.
