Magna Transport Planning Ltd is an independent professional consultancy providing objective advice and one-to-one service to clients on transport and highways related matters associated with developments in the built environment. We take pride in understanding Client's commercial requirements and resolving transport related issues by our attention to detail. Our services range from due-diligence and initial site appraisal at pre-purchase stage to the preparation of Transport Assessments and other transport reports to accompany planning applications and where necessary acting as Expert Witness at Public Inquiries. We also assist in negotiating and discussing planning conditions and S106 agreements, We support our Clients in discharging transport and highways related conditions including Construction Traffic Management Plans, Travel Plans and performing Travel Plan Coordinator role. We have a philosophy within the Company that encourages all of our staff to give independent and objective advice to our clients, either through direct contact or as part of a project team.
