NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH (NICMAR), established over thirty one years ago by the Indian Construction Industry, is India's leader Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and Project Management (CRIP). Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, has recognised the Institute as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO).
