We are well aware that change of lifestyle in large cities and likelihood of procurement from shopping centers, also amusement and habit of buying from such procurement has made the costumers spend more time and money in such centers and this factor made investors to invest more money in such centers and many shopping centers has been built in the past few years. It is been predicted that 16 million square meters of commercial space is under construction and some of 15 thousand billion rails has been invested , based on this research at least 90 shopping centers will construct in Tehran's district 1 to 5 and district 22 .
