Today's ownership led the business through an MBO in 2019, which saw the company separate from a well-known, established global search firm. With modernisation in mind, the Partners wanted to build a company that better served their client's needs and better reflected their service mindset. Working with clients in Financial Services, Fintech and Technology, we partner and support senior leadership across multiple geographies and functions.
