Recent corporate advisory assignments in the PRC include advice to the shareholders of a major office furniture manufacturer, and to the shareholders of a packaging company, on the sale of their respective interests, and the sale of a motor vehicle parts manufacturer. JLA has also conducted investigations in alleged irregularities in the accounts of six companies operating in the PRC, listed on US or Hong Kong Stock Exchanges, and provided Forensic Accounting reports in various arbitration proceedings under Hong Kong, Macanese, Singaporean and PRC Law.
