SATC - The Swiss Association of Trust Companies

The Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC) was established in 2007 to promote, support and advise on the professional and ethical development of the trust industry in Switzerland. The primary objective of the SATC is to encourage the growth of the trust industry whilst upholding the highest standard of quality, integrity and professionalism. All members of the SATC are required to complete a formal application process prior to membership. The SATC brings together entities active in the trust industry in Switzerland to facilitate the exchange of know-how, information and ideas on trust related matters. Through the provision of a professional network for its members, the SATC looks to further enhance the reputation and understanding of the trust industry in Switzerland. The SATC was at the origin of the proposed Swiss trustee regulation in Switzerland that will become applicable as at 2020. The SATC continues to lobby on behalf of the wider trust industry in Switzerland.
