House Profile Website Users register for free and create a unique profile for their house that includes information about the foundation, roof, appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, and anything about a house that the user wants to keep track of. Then the house profile comes alive. Homeowners start receiving automated maintenance notices, green improvement tips, and safety information, all tailored specifically to the needs of their house profile. As things get done around the house the maintenance log grows and the profile gets smarter. About Houses In order to empower homeowners with knowledge we have created a library of information About Houses. Here users can find detailed maintenance information and troubleshoot problems. In addition My Healthy House offers users the most current information on green improvements and conservation tips to help users save money and contribute to the betterment of the environment. Finding Contractors We know how hard it is for the average homeowner to find trusted and recommended contractors. We've made it easy and free for our users to both find and keep track of the contractors they rely on. Every time a new user creates a House Profile they are asked to select at least one contractor from our database to add to their "Favorite Contractors" list. As contractors get selected as users Favorite Contractors their rating increases. When our users search for a recommended contractor the ones with the most Favorites are sorted to the top of the list.
