Pop Up Archive makes sound searchable. Media on the web is opaque and hard to discover. Pop Up Archive takes sound from anywhere and automatically creates timestamped transcripts and keywords, indexed so you can play back search terms exactly where they are found in the audio. In partnership with the Public Radio Exchange (prx.org), we're building collections of sound from journalists, media organizations, and oral history archives from around the world. Our smart transcription tools are built on unique language models from audio collections across the U.S. Our web application helps media companies improve productivity and monetize content by adding a semantic SEO-ready layer to media. We make it easy to manipulate and repurpose media, helping customers drive new traffic, improve audience acquisition, and save time and money. Pop Up Archive provides a developer-friendly API and widgets for common content management platforms like WordPress.
