Better Health Network

Better Health Network (BHN) has been formed as a result of the voluntary amalgamation of Central Bayside Community Health Services (CBCHS), Connect Health & Community and Star Health. Through Better Health Network (BHN), we will be able to deliver more coordinated services and better health, wellbeing and support outcomes to more people across the inner south, and southeast suburbs of Melbourne. The amalgamation will be a gradual process requiring a planned and staged approach. For the time being, we will continue operating as three individual organisations. We are committed to working in partnership with clients, community organisations and stakeholders throughout the transformation journey to ensure our services meet the needs of our community.
