EMPM Ship Management Lda was founded in 2014, with the main aim of providing internationally qualified seafarers to the shipping industry, both locally and internationally. Our strategic objective has been, and remains, a full compliance with all local and international applicable regulations. This has allowed EMPM to act in accordance with the high international standards of our competitors, with the advantage of being local. Since 2014 EMPM has become MLC2006 compliant and an internationally certified DNV manning agent, one of the very first in Angola. - Services - 1. Manning agency – crew management ● Provision of certified seafarers, officers and ratings, for short to mid-terms periods (under one year) or long-terms contracts (above one year). ● Management of complete crews (Angolan and foreign seafarers), including logistic support (visas, international and domestic flights, ground transfers, accommodation, F&B, port clearances). 2. Crew specialized courses and management of complete training curriculum ● STCW-2010 AB Deck, AB Engine and BST courses by our Nortear Maritime Academy. ● Tailor-made training programs on behalf of ship owners, from early screening and selection, recruitment, preliminary language courses and complete curriculums (cadets to officers). 3.
