We have developed NLP technology for up to 77 languages and 25 regional variants. In the area of human-machine interaction, we enhance Conversational AI to accelerate customer support automation. We train any chatbot in any platform, vertical and language to reach 90% accuracy for customer intent recognition. Our methodology for chatbot building scales beyond the limitations of manual training. It is based on the semi-supervised production of Multilingual Synthetic Training Data. This solves the data scarcity problem in AI/ML and avoids all legal risks from manual generation of training data. Our pre-built chatbot templates industrialize training for any voice-controlled device, chatbot or IVR. We also apply other Text Analytics techniques like Sentiment Analysis or Topic Detection to generate insights and detect customer trends.
