Welcome to Rehab Synergies where we are committed to Extraordinary Clinical Training and Support! Rehab Synergies is an In-House and Contract Therapy Provider of Skilled Physical, Occupational and Speech-Language Therapy Services. We provide Home Health as well as Outpatient services to facilitate a continuum of Post-Acute care services. Rehab Synergies is strategically aligned to provide treatment and services in Partnership with Advanced Healthcare Solutions' Residential and Transitional Healthcare Centers located throughout Texas. We are honored to invite you to join in our network of sharing with nearly 500 other tenacious therapists like you: Eager for knowledge and sharing in the same heartfelt mission of caring for our aging population. In addition to offering Board-Approved Quarterly Tuition-Free CEUs for Associates of Rehab Synergies, an Educational Assistance Program for Advanced Degrees and Certifications, we have developed a series of Instructional Videos designed to increase the knowledge and comfort of Therapists working in the SNF setting and encourage you to access them on CE360 or You Tube.
