MHC is the oldest federally qualified health center in the Memphis area delivering healthcare services to the medically under-served populations of the Mid-South. MHC is uniquely capable of meeting individuals' and families' health care needs. Our integrated, comprehensive Model of Care covers the entire lifecycle, which includes prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric care. Our services include: Pediatric/Adolescent, Adult Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Oral Health, Behavioral Health, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Mammograms, Social Services, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Podiatry, Nephrology, and telehealth. MHC has a Sliding Fee Discount Program. Our mission is to provide quality health care services to all regardless of ability to pay. Patients who do not have health insurance may qualify for our Sliding Fee Discount Program, which is based on household size and annual income.
