Our back office support teams are deeply experienced in caring for the dealer/agent channel in a partner solutions model. We offer both IT solution and customer care support. In 2021, ST announced an expansion into the healthcare vertical, and successfully began serving healthcare technology and insurance with enrollment support solutions and customer care.
