DEC Healthcare is an innovative, contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), igniting the potential of healthcare technologies for global markets. We specialise in controlled release, where we fast-track the development, and manufacture of extruded and moulded drug delivery devices. We work with small molecules, with particular capabilities in highly potency pharmaceutical actives like hormones, (we process >10t of hormone per year into implants). We want to work with you, to ignite your product pipeline and get your product moving faster. Our product development and commercialisation playbook has been honed and refined over the over the last 40 years. This ensures that you are getting a proven and reliable one-stop-shop from prototype to commercial healthcare product. DEC supports the R&D, product development, manufacturing, and quality compliance programs of your company. We support your manufacturing development, and CMC programs for your product Next, our Tech Transfer team manufactures small-scale batches (grams) to support clinical trial and GMP production. Finally, our Production teams manufacture large-scale batches (we current run up to 600kg), for GMP production and supply. Your product will live in our GMP facility, with inputs from each team.
