Conducts closings for real estate settlements for first time homebuyers, move-up buyers, investment properties, commercial properties, 1031 Exchanges. We conduct a title search on the property and order lien sheets to see if there are any outstanding debts against the property due to unpaid property taxes, unpaid water bills. We also check for unpaid condo or homeowners association dues, request a payoff for any outstanding mortgages. Work with the lender to secure their final closing package for the settlement.
